Hotel Concierge
As a Hotel Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized customer service to hotel guests. You may be the first person that a guest sees, your main objective will be to ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience by assisting and anticipating their needs. Having a deep knowledge of the hotel, amenities, and local attractions. The ability to maintain relationships with the local community establishments and communicate events to guests. This position requires excellent communication and the ability to enhance the overall guest experience.
