Director of Human Resources
As a leader of people and culture, you will collaborate with department leaders to provide strategic direction and planning within the property as it relates to human resources. This role aligns property business objectives with brand and owner operation strategies and initiatives.
You will be responsible for leading the HR function for the property in the various HR disciplines, including workforce planning and staffing, total rewards and compensation, labor relations, performance and development, safety and workers compensation, and compliance.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work in partnership with property teams, providing on-going support to promote employee engagement and fostering healthy employee relations. You will guide leaders in ensuring employee concerns and needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner with the utmost care and professionalism.
