Food and Beverage Director
A restaurant Food and Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the brand concept, working closely with the restaurant(s) management team to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency through best training practices and menu consistency. Understands and maintains the profitability of the restaurant through menu creation, food costs and vendor sales/relationships.
